The himenart.com website is the official e-commerce website of Himen Art — a brand specializing in the consultation, design, and manufacturing of premium acrylic mirror-finish artwork. Founded in 2020, Himen Art operates in the Thai market with its own domestic production facility.
2.Ordering Conditions
- Customers must be 18 years of age or older, or have guardian consent, to place an order.
- Information provided when placing an order must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Himen Art reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if it detects invalid information or signs of fraud.
- An order is confirmed only after the customer has approved the design and completed the order.
3.Products and Pricing
- Product prices are displayed in THB (Thai Baht) and do not include VAT.
- Himen Art reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice; the price at the time an order is confirmed will remain fixed for that order.
- Product images on the website are for illustration purposes only — actual colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings.
- All Himen Art products are manufactured 100% at our domestic factory in Thailand.
4.Personalized Products (Custom Orders)
- Customers are fully responsible for the images and content they provide for personalized orders.
- Content must not infringe on the copyright, intellectual property rights, or privacy rights of any third party.
- Himen Art reserves the right to refuse to produce an order if the images or content violate the law, ethics, or public morals.
- Once the customer has confirmed the design file, Himen Art is not responsible for errors arising from information provided by the customer.

6.Limitation of Liability

- Himen Art's maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the actual value of the customer's order.
- Himen Art is not liable for incidents caused by force majeure, including natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, or decisions by government authorities.
